“AMP” (Advanced Ministry Preparation) Internship
Our mission is to challenge, equip and provide opportunity for every intern to serve in the manner consistent with their giftedness and calling.
This is a ten month internship. Each intern is paid a monthly salary of $500. Housing is provided on campus and food when groups of 25 or more are on the campus.
Philosophy:

- * Nurture a heart for ministry through servitude to others
- * Shape attitudes and the understanding of full time ministry as a calling
- * Define God-given abilities and gifts and their application
- * Simulate the difficulties and fulfillment of full time vocational ministry
- * Provide a well-rounded education by replicating real world ministry
- * Provide a safe atmosphere for the confession of failure and disillusionment
- * Confront the self definition of ministry and calling
- * Provide the training and experience to solidify the commitment of a lifetime
- * spent in fulltime vocational ministry
- * Emphasis change and character development
- * Release each intern into a local body for fulltime ministry upon completion of the ten-month session.
